You will provide full service management of key client accounts through marketing research information, analysis and reports. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of projects assigned to you, from the stage of client briefing to the final stage of report writing and presentation of results



Key highlights of the role:


  • Designs and plan research projects following client briefing and needs in cooperation with Nielsen CI HUB
  • Develops Nielsen business with new and existing clients in the Adriatic region
  • Undertakes sales activities independently in terms of preparation and delivery of proposals and credentials
  • Designs questionnaires and methodologies for collecting information
  • Prepares fieldwork instructions, sample structures for each project in conjunction with field manager/CI HUB
  • Co-ordinates the execution of projects, informs clients on progress and gives specific instructions to other departments/CI HUB regarding the collection and electronic processing of information
  • Works on the analysis and interpretation of results in cooperation with CI HUB, provides feedback to clients and writes reports and recommendations


To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • University degree in Marketing/Economics/Sociology/Psychology
  • 3 + years’ experience in Consumer Quantitative Research / Service industry
  • Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariable analysis
  • Strong experience in quantitative research and basic knowledge on qualitative research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Expertise in servicing customers and on consumer research methods, analysis and techniques
  • A proven track record of Analysing and presenting data to an external client
  • Computer Literate
