Business Process Analyst
BPA Is responsible for work on projects and initiatives that will have a significant impact on Nielsen’s business through process improvement and innovation and who will become a subject matter expert regarding operational business processes, process execution and gain experience in liaison with internal stakeholders.




  • Analyze and identify areas for improvement in production environments and drive convergence of processes and tools.
  • Identify and implement solutions that translate in to standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs.
  • Serve as a change agent to improve  business processes and implement changes that become embedded
  • Drive the sharing and institutionalization of best demonstrated practices across teams and countries
  • Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising as needed with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Total or partial engagement in multiple projects (local or global) driving to convergence and clients solutions
  •  Facilitate and own the training and training plan for local teams in Pre-transition, transition and BAU phase
  • Train and coach various resources to develop local experts and ensure new business processes and tools are fully handled with BAU team





  • Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency. Specifically the ability to write specifications for IT interpretation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google tools
  • Very good knowledge of VBA
  • Very good knowledge of SQL
  • Good understanding of process analysis / process improvements 
  • Documentation skills
  • Project management skills

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of VDI usage
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, SHELL/Bash, SQL Server
