Job Summary:

Drive transformation and enhancement on Retail Measurement Service (RMS) Operations with focus on Data Output to improve quality, gain efficiency/productivity and to enable new capabilities to support growth/revenue initiatives through digital solutions and automation

 

Job Purposes:

  • Responsible to drive transformation and improvement in Operation
  • Support  quality improvement and process efficiency through the implementation of new digital solution and automation
  • Deliver on time, error-free data to relevant teams and clients
  • Guarantee engagement with other production

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Team Lead to drive initiative and support all relevant activity within the areas and any assigned task
  • Follow, monitor and execute request or change from clients and/or internal team
  • Perform consulting role for Operation were relevant to both internal and external client
  • Identify problems; determine root cause as well as short and long term resolutions. Make recommendations for enhancements to internal Nielsen operational processes
  • Accountable for executing report, process, and technology with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data according to internal SLAs
  • Build data processing tools to provide client database, report, and Tableau dashboard
  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies

 

Job Requirements:

  • Holds min. Bachelor’s degree from any major with 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst role for Market Research/Banking/E-commerce/Retail/FMCG industry
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that values creativity and flexibility, multi-tasking and remain calm under pressure
  • Passionate in Technology where digital mindset will helping the team to improve and transform automation in task daily basis
  • Take the initiative to offer innovative ideas and solid problem solving within the team
  • Contributes positively across teams to achieve business goals and mentors others when is needed
  • Proficient at performing data content reviews in accordance with Nielsen standards and guidelines
  • Provides retailers with actionable recommendations to improve data quality and processing efficiencies
  • Knowledge of Nielsen products, Retailer Industry & Technologies and/or Other Operation functions
  • Solid customer focus (internal & external). Identifies opportunities to improve quality and customer satisfaction, including making the suggestion to improve department processes
  • Effectively manages time and workload to achieve cross-functional goals
