The primary responsibilities for the Quality Representative (QR) will be to coordinate the procurement of images for Nielsen Design and Pricing & Portfolio studies. The Quality Representative will facilitate the image procurement process between our internal clients (project teams) and external vendors.


This includes:

Coordination of image procurement requests for global markets working with internal databases and external vendors to collect and obtain images

Maintains trackers and current project folders updated with most recent project development information for projects which they are assigned as lead

Communicates updates on projects and presents status updates during image procurement meetings with QR team and CI&I NA Operations Coordinator

Communicates need for follow-up or immediate intervention to CI&I NA Operations Coordinator

Carries out any additional tasks requested by the Operations Coordinator


The ideal candidate will have:

Completion of high school diploma

Some post secondary education is preferred

Experience in project coordinating or project management is an asset

Experience in customer service is an asset

Working knowledge of Google services (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive)

Ability to remain focused in an interactive position

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingualism is an asset

Must be available to work minimum of 20 hours a week (Monday through Friday)

This part time role is available in Ottawa or Montreal.
