The Equipment Recovery Specialist (ERS) works as part of a team in a production environment and is responsible for placing outbound calls, taking inbound calls, and answering emails to households across the U.S. to engage cooperation in returning the meter equipment from participating in Radio studies, that have ended.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Manually dial households utilizing a keypad while following specific dialing guidelines, and take inbound calls, check voicemail inbox, and email correspondence.
  • Persuade & secure return of equipment from panelists.
  • Listen to and accurately capture respondents comments and contact data in the Panel system
  • Speak clearly, concisely and effectively, listen to, and understand information and ideas as presented verbally
  • Maintain participant’s engagement throughout process to achieve retrieval
  • Maintain a high level of patience and professionalism
  • Navigate within Panelist data tool to add, delete or change information when appropriate
  • Contact panelists on continual basis until equipment is returned or written off.


 

Qualifications:         

  • Strong customer service and human relations skills are critical
  • Technical aptitude preferred.
  • Ability to track multiple complex processes that are in various stages of production.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, outbound inbound calling experience preferred
  • Spanish-Bilingual a plus
  • Experience using but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School diploma required
