As Product Input Specialist, you will be responsible for thoroughly checking and entering customer products into the workflow, liaising with internal associates to ensure customer expectations are being fulfilled, whilst ensuring a variety of operational tasks are completed. This includes working flexibly within the Product Input team tackling all areas as requested.


Key accountabilities for this role include:


  • Receiving, checking, and recording deliveries.
  • Checking products and preparing them for entry into the workflow.
  • Accurate and complete entering of products into our in house software.
  • Managing and ordering the storage shelves to ensure efficiency, removing products from the workflow when required.
  • Virtual process: Filtering and attaching client submitted content via a ticket system and in house software.
  • Weighing and measuring products according to industry standard guidelines.
  • Disposing and removing completed products from storage.
  • Packaging and dispatching products to nominated contacts.
  • Taking responsibility for and liaising with internal customers to resolve customer and product queries and confirm instructions, work required, etc., prioritising according to customer and business demands.
  • Identify and escalate problems with the Operations process and help drive system improvements and implement new systems and processes.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of equipment used throughout.
  • Conveying knowledge of the process to visiting clients and newcomers to the business.
  • Managing storage and return of products post process.

  • Sound computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
  • Ability to contribute in a manual environment.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Company reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out, or for which you will be trained.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and ability to work overtime as and when required. This may include late evenings and weekends.
