Job Overview
VP/SVP, Business Development and Sales – Advertiser Direct

VP/SVP, Business Development and Sales – Advertiser Direct is responsible for selling our suite of data, technology and analytics solutions directly to Marketers. We are looking for a dynamic seller who is client focused with a strong background in Sales team management, data driven SaaS solutions and an in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem. Bottom line - we are looking for a leader who can both manage a team of professional sellers and individually prospect, pitch and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of creating and growing sales teams working directly with brands and advertisers.

Qualifications

  • 15-25 years of experience in a revenue-focused Business Development or Sales role within the advertising, data
  • solutions, or marketing services industry. 
  • Demonstrated record of creating GTM plan, growing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising systems and business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to create value for clients through problem solving and the application of technology
  • Able to operate comfortably across different client disciplines from Ad Operations, Sales, Technology, Finance
  • and Corporate Strategy.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Outgoing confident individual who is comfortable presenting to senior executives.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, internet / software industries, understanding of web technologies
  • Rockstar MS Office skills – Excel analysis, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • MBA or equivalent experience required.
  • Domestic & international travel required (10 - 30%)
