Our SuperData team is looking to fill the position of IT Analyst - Games


SuperData is the leading provider of data and market intelligence on digital games and interactive media. Our research methodology is driven by behavioral and digital point-of-sale data collected directly from game publishers and developers.

SuperData publishes industry relevant key performance indicators for benchmarking, competitive analysis, and performance optimization. We specialize in helping our clients use data to identify actionable growth and investment opportunities.

The Technology Team at SuperData Research manages a full cloud tech stack which supports our live web products, data pipelines, and data management. The IT Analyst supports hardware planning and purchasing to support the business as well as the maintenance and security of all workstations. The IT Analyst executes, troubleshoots, and upgrades group-wide software and applications.


The Ideal IT Analyst:

You have recently graduated with a degree in Computer Management, Computer Engineering, IT Administration, Network Administration or have worked in related industry for 0-2 years.
You are always learning newer, faster, and better ways of doing things.
You have extreme attention to detail.




  • Maintain best workstation, external hardware, display, and peripheral build outs for all team functions.
  • Purchasing planning and coordination from end-to-end.
  • Subject expert for all aspects of hardware management. (Analytics Workstations)
  • Subject expert for all aspects of connectivity (Wiring, Networks, Phones)
  • Software/Security/Application deployment/upgrade management.
  • New machine preparation and scripted stack installation.
  • Manage all computer/cybersecurity training and resources.
  • First line of response for all inbound technology problems – route, escalate, and make connections to broader organization.
  • VPN Management.
  • Ad-hoc support to Technology Team.




  • You’ve built computers, hopefully lots of them.
  • You know the ins and outs of hardware, OS, BIOS, RAM, SSD, HDD, Motherboard, Power Supply, UPS, wiring, displays, drivers, antivirus.




  • Familiarity with the video games and understanding of how games earn revenue a plus. (Virtual economies, exchange rates, how to make a purchase, what virtual storefronts look like, etc.)
  • Impress us with a ridiculous high-score in your favorite game, your gaming stats, your unbeatable Magic deck, or your gaming rig specs.
