We’re seeking an Analyst to join our NCS Programmatic team.   This role will focus on Account/Client Management, Campaign Management and data exchange responsibilities. These responsibilities will include the foundational elements of NCS’ core business across all

elements of programmatic engagement, delivery and enablement including display, video, social and mobile.  


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Delivery & Analytics, Client Consulting and the Channel team on the development, implementation and optimization of programmatic campaigns to successfully execute the defined strategy and achieve business results

  • Serve as a resource in terms of gathering and distributing research around the programmatic industry or our clients

  • Monitor pacing of delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to clients and accurate/useful performance reports as it relates to targeting or measurement

  • Maintain detailed files of all pertinent records (latest media plans, performance reports, etc) relevant to clients’ business with NCS

  • Reconcile all campaigns to ensure that the client receives all planned media and is invoiced/credited properly

  • Generate and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports

  • Liaise with agency teams on campaign performance and reporting

  • Use research tools to develop profile of target audience with a view into their online behaviors, media consumption, etc.

  • Assist team in pre-sale scoping, SOW’s and Measurement deliverables relevant to clients’ business objectives

  • Ensure agreed upon delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to clients and accurate/useful performance reports

  • Become proficient with DSPs, DMPs, SSPs and 3rd party ad-serving systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaigns  





  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Previous experience in advertising or interactive media preferred

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for programmatic media / marketing with strong working knowledge of the digital ecosystem

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion

  • Desire to learn / build knowledge of: digital media, programmatic, marketing principles, and direct response strategies & tactics

  • Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication skills and positive attitude

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers

  • (solid math skills)

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data

  • Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results

  • MS Office fluency (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and/or Google for Work

  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and be a self-starter

  • Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
