We’re seeking a Finance Manager for our Transformation & Technology org.  This position is responsible for partnering with senior leadership to formulate, drive, and assess business strategic and technology investment plans and is accountable for executing on those plans to meet the established financial goals and objectives.   This also includes a focus on the transformation efforts across the entire Technology organization and driving efficiencies and cost savings.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide end to end commercial and technology finance support of new products and services

  • Analyze feasibility of new revenue streams and profitability of technology footprint

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and decision makers to formulate business strategic and technology plans and to prioritize and recommend cost leadership strategies

  • Identify and drive finance process optimization and improvement initiatives across the organization

  • Analyze and provide recommendations related to spend, revenue, and productivity plans

  • Accountable for accurate monthly forecasts, reconciliation of actual spend against the forecast and for maintaining expenditure controls to explain variance to Op Plan for investment initiatives.

  • Accountable for flat capacity and for achieving a forecast accuracy of within 3% variance

  • Decision and execute upon recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests

  • Prepare and present monthly financial scorecards and trends for key initiatives

  • Provide monthly financial risks and opportunities recommendations

  • Accountable for the year-end budgeting process for the delivery centers

  • Provide program tollgate financial management oversight and ensure integrity of external accrual information for reasonableness and consistency.  

  • Accountable for completing productivity, rapid-response reduction challenges or other high visibility exercises

  • Manage direct and indirect resources to achieve goals and objectives



 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in finance or accounting

  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting practices, regulations, and cost center management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work within tight schedule deadlines

  • Strong Excel proficiency required; experience with SAP desired

  • Ability to process and report against significant amounts of detailed work efforts

  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others

  • Ability to multi-task across deliverables and teams in a matrix environment

  • Ability to work within tight schedule deadlines

  • Have working knowledge of the NPI Phases and how they relate to project financials

  • Management experience preferred
