Using statistical models we help clients optimize where they should spend their money on digital marketing to best ensure their product’s success.

  • Develop and lead client teams through designing, executing and presenting analytic studies to meet clients’ research objectives on the fast moving digital landscape

  • Penetrate and establish enduring client relationships with senior decision makers at clients by demonstrating on-going value by driving client outcomes

  • Ensure pro-active insights and action oriented solutions are delivered to the team by being an expert in your practice area with an ability to explain methodology behind all key analytical consulting in respective area to clients

  • Deliver insights and recommendations on industry leading MTA analytics

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering against client commitments

 

Drive Client Value

  • Penetrates and establishes enduring client relationships with senior decision makers at clients by demonstrating on-going value through actionable recommendations to drive outcome at clients

  • Become trusted advisor to key client decision makers for digital advertising and MTA

  • Presents and facilitates discussions of findings and recommendations to client in a collaborative manner, leveraging resources across professional services

  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Demonstrated strength in maintaining positive client relationships in complex situations & resolving client issues   

 

Analytics

  • Prepares and delivers integrated MTA analyses that enable clients to “take action” against strategic business issues

  • Designs analytical plans leveraging all available assets applicable to business issue, including market and industry knowledge

  • Champions new analytical methodologies and models that are more accurate, reliable and insightful; provides input to Product Leadership as needed.

  • Oversees and approves presentation storyboards for marketing mix deliveries, including analytic framework.

 

Team Management and Professional Development

  • Assesses and develops talent to ensure a high performing team

  • Sets clear goals that create impact and drives results and holds individuals accountable to deliver against these goals.

  • Coaches and mentors others to facilitate performance improvement

  • Shares expertise to develop depth/breadth of knowledge with colleagues

 

Process Improvement/Cost Leadership

  • Lead or actively participates in and identifies opportunities for efficiencies, automation, standardization and ways to simplify processes in marketing mix

  • Drive results of process improvement initiatives

 

Thought Leadership

  • Incorporates industry, consumer knowledge and insights into recommendations that help drive client strategic decisions.

  • Provides ideas and thoughtful insights into new ideas and initiatives for clients

  • Lead development of thought leadership ideas and materials that can be leveraged by the marketing mix practice area

 

Project Management/Client Deliverables

  • Provides oversight to work-load, prioritizing and allocating resources as required

  • Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of output to meet client business needs

  • Sets appropriate timelines with internal or external clients in order to deliver against expectations.

  • Anticipates and identifies necessary resources and skills to support projects. Adjusts for problems and roadblocks.

  • Skilled & polished communicator, including group presentations & proposal writing  

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes

  • Well-organized and capable of handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

 

 

Background and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required                                                            

  • MBA preferred              

  • 6+ years of applicable experience

  • Strong mathematical/statistical/analytic background

  • Knowledge of digital marketing

  • Strong Marketing/Research background

  • Exceptional problem solving skills

  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office software                  

  • Relevant experience with statistics, research techniques & experimental design

  • Related Industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics
