ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE

 

This role sits in AdIntel International Production & Delivery and is a mix of client management and data management.

You'll attend a monthly meeting which is a status check on delivery of data handling data for a key client that operates in 52 countries.

Working in Excel you''ll gather data and  work alongside another team to categorise it and load it into dashboard

You'll be accountable for the delivery of client reports, quality checks & delivery improvements and  ensure our our client is provided with high quality data. 

The successful candidate will also work alongside our client to ensure Nielsen are able to maintain and update the client's database allowing them to be up to date with current market trends.You'll liaise  with the Commercial Team,Operations and our key client .

 

WHAT WILL I BE DOING ?

 

Workflow Management

  • Ownership of one International client ensuring deliveries are made ontime with a focus on quality.
  • Collaborative working with the client, maintaining and updating databases for 50+ countries.
  • Work closely with Reference team members to ensure work is completed on time, allowing Nielsen to deliver to the client according to monthly schedules. 
  • Investigate client queries and respond to the client response team with the findings clearly and concisely 
  • Effectively escalate major issues to the Operations manager
  • Training of peers.
  • Attend monthly meetings with the client (virtually) 

Application Testing

Where applicable take part in User Acceptance Testing to check work carried out by Tech Ops is suitable for the operations team

Continuous Improvement

IT Issues

Escalate IT problems effectively and efficiently to minimise impact on the team and clients. 

New Starter Induction

Assist with training helping new starters learn their role

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?


To be successful in this position you will need:

 

Ideally, you will have an agency background but this is not essential.

Clear & confident communication skills are essential.  This role requires frequent interaction with colleagues locally and internationally. 

Ability to work in a busy commercial environment.

Comfortable working within a team or on their own.

Due to the nature of the role someone that is  super organised, analytical, pay attention to detail with outside of the box thinking solving problems.

You'll have the ability to prioritise work effectively, be resilient , delivery focused  with great communication skills

You will be  able to work as part of a team & indpendently
