RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with clients to build relationships with senior decision-makers who influence the consumer experience for billions of people worldwide.
  • Develop a team and lead by example to ensure your team meets revenue goals and maintains client relationships with adaptability, urgency, and positivity.
  • Seek collaborative opportunities, both internally and externally, identifying occasions to enhance a project by working across teams at Nielsen.
  • Recognize potential opportunities with clients and lead your team to drive sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably 5 years of marketing research and client management experience either from FMCG, retail and/or agency side, with demonstrated understanding, knowledge and active usage of RMS and other secondary and primary marketing sources of information and its application to client-related business issues
  • Experience and training in managing people, collaborating on projects, and maintaining positive client relationships in complex situations
  • Proven experience successfully meeting sales revenues and targets
  • Strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in a range of software and digital tech
  • Polished, persuasive communication skills with experience in group presentations and proposal writing
  • University degree - preferably in economics, business, management, marketing, statistics
